Do you make custom orders?

How long does it takes to get my order?
Currently our processing time is 3 - 4 business days. We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays via USPS First Class. It normally takes 3 - 4 business days for your order to arrive after shipping. International orders may take up to 30 days to arrive.
If I paid for shipping and return my item, do I receive a refund on the shipping fee?
No, the shipping fee is non refundable, unless we shipped a incorrect item or the item has a defect. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the ship date.
Can I shop in person?
At this time, we do not have a brick and mortar store. We can accept orders via phone, email or post. You can also shop at local retailers that stock our products.
How do I care for my jewelry?
We recommend to use jewelry polishing cloths such as Connoisseurs wipes. Avoid jewelry contact with chlorine, lotions, and perfumes.
Can I return a gift?
gifts can be returned within 45 days of purchase, provided it is not a custom , personalized piece. Personalized items are not returnable.

What is gold fill?
Gold fill is made by bonding a layer of 14k gold to brass. The bond is much stronger than plating and will last several decades before gradually wearing away to the brass core. Until then, the only metal you see and touch is 14 karat gold. The gold itself is non-reactive, hypoallergenic, and won't turn colors.
How do you package jewelry?
Jewelry is shipped in post-consumer recycled jewelry boxes, tied with a bow. We do not ship an invoice or a receipt on domestic orders to save paper. The jewelry is sent in a post-consumer recycled bubble mailer small enough to fit in most mailboxes and through most mail slots.
