SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Orders

Orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days of the purchase/payment date. We process orders Monday-Friday during business hours. Please keep in mind that we make everything by hand in our studio, and certain pieces are made to order. If your order is time sensitive, please feel free to contact us and we will try to get it out as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee shipping dates for orders. Standard shipping does not include insurance and has limited tracking information.

We have no control over what happens when your order leaves our studio and CY Design Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. We recommend contacting USPS directly if you believe your package to be lost or stolen. We are not responsible for packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses. Customers may be responsible for forward shipping.

US Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and usually arrive within 1-3 days of the shipping date. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your package ships. If you would like insurance or a different shipping method, please contact us at hello@cydesign.studio

Raleigh Pick-up

If you are in the Cary / Raleigh area, and would like to schedule a studio pick-up please let us know before placing your order.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail and can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks to arrive depending on the location. You will receive a shipping notification for your order, but you will not be able to track your package after it has left our studio.

All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the recipient (you). We have no control over these extra costs, and will not state that a package is a gift in order to help avoid customs fees. Packages will be marked Merchandise/Costume Jewelry.

 

Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount coupons must be used at the time of purchase. We can not process discount codes retroactively. If you return an item that was purchased using a discount code, you will not get the discount code back.

We are unable to "stack" discounts in the same order. If you are using a percentage discount code, you will not be able to use an additional code for that order.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to or picked up in the State of North Carolina.

 

 

General Returns

1. All products must be returned in their original condition.

2. Mis-shipped products: For mis-shipped items (item received was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.

3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)

 

Returning For Replacement Or Refund

1. Quality Issues:

We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems within 30 days of the Customers receiving the item. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product or offer a refund.

2. Non Quality Issues:

Returned products should be in brand new condition with original packaging. If any accessory or the original item was lost during the process of returning, we will deduct the price of the lost item from any refund.




Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
